Don't go away!

In the next couple of days, we will be at the half way mark in our journey.  All the time we have been away from Australia, that we have still to come.  And many more countries yet.

This afternoon, we will fly to Athens, where we will spend three nights.  Greece will, for me, be country number 46.  From Athens, we go to the Greek island of Samos, and from there on to Turkey for a brief detour to the ruins of Ephesus.  From there, we will visit a couple of other Greek islands.  

We are not finished with Italy.  We will fly later from Mikonos to Venice, spend a little time in the north of this country, and then cross into the German-speaking countries.  Eventually, the Netherlands and Belgium too.  

So, stick around.  Don't go away.
